Application Procedures:

• Please submit an online application with the following documents via ARO.
  • Latest unofficial transcript
  • A study plan showing which courses to take in each remaining semester (Please indicate which MATH study track to be chosen)
    


• Remarks:
1. The application will be collected comments from MATH UG Studies Subcommittee Members. The final decision will be determined by MATH UG Coordinator and Head of Department.
2. Result of the program transfer request will be sent to the applicant via email.

• After receipt of the confirmation letter from ARO, the applicant should complete Form GR23 (for 4- year degree) if deviation from curriculum is required. The form should be submitted to mathug@ust.hk or to MATH general office Rm.3461.

NOTE:

1. Students should note that program transfer may cause a delay in their academic study progress.
2. Normally, the transfer, if approved, will NOT be effective until the subsequent semester.
3. The department will determine what course credits to transfer from the student’s former program to our program.
