Arrangement for PG students in G2T2 2026 Summer School

PG students are welcome to attend the conference G2T2 2026, and its four minicourses. We will arrange students staying in the dorms of the HKUST (subject to approval by HKUST). A dorm accommodates two persons, at the total cost of about 80 USD per night. Therefore, shared accommodation costs 40 USD per person per night.

We expect to subsidize most of your accommodation cost. The amount of subsidy will depend on the final accounting of our budget and expense.

Application Schedule
(1) March 1, 2026: Deadline for filling out the form. We will then apply for university dorm.
(2) May 15, 2026: After getting approval for the university dorm, we will ask you to pay a deposit.

Remarks
Due to the complicated logistics, your choice of stay must be one of the following three:
[1] Mini-course 1 & 2 + Conference + Mini-course 3 & 4: July 12 (arrival) - July 26 (departure)
[2] Mini-course 1 & 2 + Conference: July 12 (arrival) - July 22 (departure)
[3] Conference + Mini-course 3 & 4: July 16 (arrival) - July 26 (departure)

Moreover, if you wish a specific roommate, your roommate should have the same period of stay.
