Arrangement for PG students in G2T2 2026 Summer School

PG students are welcome to attend the conference G2T2 2026, and its four minicourses. We will arrange students staying in the dorms of the HKUST (subject to approval by HKUST). A dorm accommodates two people, at the total cost of about 80 USD per night. Therefore, shared accommodation costs about 40 USD per person per night.

If you intend to stay in the dorm, please filling out the form before May 1, 2026. The form is for applying student dorms from the university, and you do not need to make commitment for the moment. We expect to get reply from the university by the end of May. Then we will ask you to make commitment by paying a deposit.

We expect to subsidize most of your accommodation cost. When we ask you to make commitment, we will tell you the exact amount you need to pay for the dorm.

Remarks
Due to the complicated logistics, your choice of stay must be one of the following three:
[1] Mini-course 1 & 2 + Conference + Mini-course 3 & 4: July 12 (arrival) - July 26 (departure)
[2] Mini-course 1 & 2 + Conference: July 12 (arrival) - July 22 (departure)
[3] Conference + Mini-course 3 & 4: July 16 (arrival) - July 26 (departure)

Moreover, if you wish a specific roommate, your roommate should have the same period of stay.
