Course Description
This course presents numerical methods for solving parabolic, hyperbolic,
and elliptic partial differential equations. The fundamental concepts of
consistency, convergence and stability are studied. Discretization and
solution methods are covered for each type of PDEs.

Course Work and Grading Policy
The course work consists of homeworks (including computer projects) and
a final exam. The final grade is determined by homeworks (40%) + final
(60%)
