Prof. Man-Yu Wong received her BA from The University of Hong Kong in 1980, MSc and DIC from Imperial College of Science and Technology, University of London in 1982, and PhD under the supervision of Sir David Cox from Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine, University of London in 1990.  Before came back to HKUST in August 1992, she was a Statistician at the National Institute for Biological Standards and Controls in United Kingdom from November 1989 to July 1992.  She was also a Lecturer at the Department of Mathematical Studies, Hong Kong Polytechnic, Hong Kong during the period September 1984 to March 1988.


Research Interests:

Statistical inference, generalized linear model, biological statistics, medical statistics
