 Homeworks and exams: There will be 810 homework assignments and a
final exam.

The
final grade is determined by homeworks
(40%) + final exam (60%)

learning outcomes:
On successful completion of this course, students are expected to be
able to:
 Recognize
a
variety of partial differential equations, and examine techniques to
solve elementary partial differential equations.
 Express
a range of application problems in terms of partial differential
equations.
 Apply
techniques to solve a selection of defined problems.
 Collaborate
and
coordinate effectively as a member of a team to achieve solutions to
problems.
 Work
independently to identify and rectify deficiencies in derivations
and proofs.
